On the latest “Grilling JR” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross talked about his plans for AEW Revolution, including revealing the expiration date of his AEW contract.

Jim Ross has mentioned that he plans to attend AEW Revolution in Greensboro, North Carolina.

He also noted that in discussions with AEW president Tony Khan, he agreed to call Sting’s final match, which gave his appearance at the event meaning.

Regarding his contract with AEW, Jim Ross announced that his contract will expire on February 14th.

When Conrad Thompson humorously hinted that Vince McMahon might call him, Ross responded with a lighthearted remark, “I won’t be here until the 14th.”

Thompson then confirmed that Valentine’s Day was the day Ross’ contract with AEW would end, to which Ross responded in the affirmative.

Jim Ross expressed his hope to renew his contract with AEW, stating, “I’d like to finish up in AEW. I got to be realistic about things, Connie. We talk about these birthdays, and I’m the same age as [Nick] Saban and [Bill] Belichick and all these cats. I love working with AEW.”

In addition to contract details, Ross also talked about his improved health, saying he’s been feeling much better lately.

He spoke of his excitement at meeting his old friends, including the legendary Ric Flair, at the AEW Dynamite event held at Daley’s Place.
