It’s been a while since CM Punk returned to WWE, and many have finally processed his return.

It didn’t take long for Seth Rollins to challenge The Second City Saint, and now even Jinder Mahal has admitted he has mixed feelings about Punk’s return.

CM Punk’s return at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event caused WWE stock to rise significantly and set records.

Seth Rollins, clearly upset by Punk’s return, is currently embroiled in a storyline that will likely culminate at WrestleMania 40 this year.

While talking about WWE India with Gaylin Mendonca, Jinder Mahal expressed mixed feelings about CM Punk’s return and echoed the sentiments of current World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.

Mahal expressed his enthusiasm for Punk’s return and potential match as a fan, but also acknowledged Rollins’ point of view.

So, I’ve mixed emotions. The fan in me is excited for CM Punk’s return. I’m excited for the matches, I’m excited to get in the ring with CM Punk.

But, I do see Seth’s [Rollins] point because I was there when CM Punk was in WWE last time and Seth also has a point.

Nonetheless, let’s see what CM Punk does, let’s see his attitude, let’s see his reactions, you know.

Let’s see if he offers the opportunities to the younger superstars, let’s see.”
