John Cena Sat Down With NXT Stars To Dissect Potentials

John Cena is an inspiration to many professional wrestlers and his advice is highly valued.

Some in NXT are happy to sit right under his learning tree, and it’s an experience that Stacks won’t soon forget.

This family has been an integral part of the NXT program since its debut under the leadership of Tony DeAngelo, with various members joining and leaving during their time on the brand.

The pair just finished their second shot at the NXT Tag Team Titles.

In April 2022, Stacks and Two Dimes were introduced as partners of then-heel D’Angelo, and “Stax” has remained Tony D’Angelo’s trusted partner ever since.

They had won also the NXT Tag Team Championship together twice. They recently defeated Chase U on the November 14 episode of NXT to regain the titles.

On October 10, John Cena made a guest appearance on NXT and generously shared his extensive knowledge about WWE’s up-and-coming Superstars while in Orlando for the show.

In an interview with Niko Knows Best, Stacks recalled Cena’s visit to NXT, highlighting how the 16-time World Champion worked with The Family to analyze the potential for the stable’s development.

“There’s been a lot of people that have come through, Cena sat us down and dissected what we’re doing and what he thinks NXT can become and what the D’Angelo family can become.

There’s so many opportunities for everybody to pick brains because everybody is always coming through.”

Let’s see if John Cena returns to NXT. He has an incredibly busy schedule and his Hollywood career is still going strong. P
