Revealed: Ronda Rousey’s First Project During Hiatus

Ronda Rousey made her return during the 2022 Royal Rumble event after a nearly three-year absence from the company.

While Rousey won the Smackdown Women’s Championship twice since her return, she failed to get any desired reactions from the fans.

Now it appears Ronda Rousey’s first project during her WWE hiatus has been revealed.

During the Money In The Bank Premium Live Event, Shayna Baszler attacked Ronda Rousey in the final moments of the match, leading to Raquel and Morgan capitalising to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles back.

They finally squared off against each other at the WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event in an MMA Rules match.

Baslzer would win the match after she put Ronda Rousey in the sleeper hold, making Rousey tap out.

According to PWInsider, Ronda Rousey is now working on her second memoir. The memoir, set to be titled ‘Our Fight’, will be published by Hachett Book Group in Spring 2024.

Ronda Rousey previously released a book called ‘My Fight Your Fight’ in May 2015. Rousey’s SummerSlam match was her ‘farewell for now’ from WWE.

Despite that, she is still listed on the internal WWE roster. We will have to wait and see when she will return to WWE television, as it still might be a while before that can happen.
