Unexpected Name Slated For Tonight’s SmackDown

WWE is preparing to air a new episode of SmackDown on FOX and they are trying to make it a jam-packed show.

Confirmed matches include WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY defending her title against Asuka, as well as a tag team match between Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar against The Street Profits.

There is still a lot for fans to look forward to.

We previously reported that John Cena was set to compete in his first televised match since WrestleMania 39, where he faced then-United States Champion Austin Theory.

This could be a big match on SmackDown this week with Cena and AJ Styles taking on Jimmy Uso and Solo.

NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch has shared her upcoming schedule, hinting at her presence on tonight’s SmackDown.

However, it is still unclear whether she will appear on television or participate in a dark match.

Becky Lynch is not expected this week, but it could be a pleasant surprise. After all, she is a RAW superstar with the NXT Women’s Title.

Becky Lynch is set to defend her title against Tiffany Stratton in a rematch at No Mercy scheduled for next Saturday. She can be seen on FOX hosting this USA Network event.

We’ll have to see how things play out once the series airs on FOX.

The company just announced that USA Network will benefit from the program for the next five years. Now it looks like The Man may be stopping by the blue brand this week.
