IYo Sky Goes Home After WWE Women’s Title Win

The WWE superstar has a very busy life and do not get the opportunity to spend much time at home.

This is also true for IYO Sky, as she had to travel much longer to get to Japan.

IYO SKY became WWE Women’s Champion by cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Bianca Belair at SummerSlam. This was a shock to WWE’s EST, as she had just won the title from Asuka previously.

Naturally, IYO Sky and Damage CTRL have been celebrating since then, but Sky recently had the opportunity to celebrate in Japan too.

SKY celebrated her victory by sharing photos of herself with the championship in Tokyo on Twitter.

It’s definitely a big deal for her and she’s smiling in all photos too.

Although IYO Sky’s championship followed in Asuka’s footsteps, the two stars have been feuding on WWE TV since SKY won the title.

Empress of Tomorrow recently defeated SKY’s Damage CTRL teammate Bayley on the September 15 episode of SmackDown.

On her second title defense, SKY will be facing Asuka on SmackDown this week in Glendale, Arizona.
