Tammy Lynn Sytch pleaded no contest to an intoxication manslaughter suit. After initially declaring his innocence. While waiting for her day in court, she saw to it that a civil case got dropped.

There is now an update on the civil lawsuits related to Tammy Lynn Sytch’s arrest for drunk driving in the state of Florida. PW Insider reports that the civil suit has been dropped.

Two lawsuits have been filed in Florida related to Tammy Lynn Sytch’s arrest for drunk driving. The first lawsuit was filed by the heirs of Julian L.

Lasseter, the man who tragically lost his life in a three-car traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Sytch on March 25, 2022 in Ormond Beach, Florida. That lawsuit names Sytch, her fiancé, James Pente, and Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC, the seller of the car Sytch was driving during the incident, as defendants.

On September 12, Lasseter’s family filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit against Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC with prejudice, which would bar them from taking legal action against the company in the future.

This suggests a possible solution between the parties, although it has yet to be officially confirmed. The court did not respond to this request.

In January 2023, Lasseter’s daughter, Whitney Hill, reportedly asked the court to add Ultimate Motor Cars as a defendant, which was granted.

At the time, it was mentioned that Pente did not object to the inclusion of a new defendant and Sytch also did not give a response.

The motion states that through the discovery process, Lasseter’s foundation believes that Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC may bear some responsibility for Lasseter’s tragic death.

The amended version of the lawsuit reveals that Sytch began the process of purchasing a white 2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class from ULTIMATE MOTOR CARS on or about February 3, 2022, just weeks before her arrest for being drunk and driving with a suspended or revoked license on February 24, 2022, in New Jersey.

According to the lawsuit, Sytch paid $8,000 up front to Ultimate Motor Cars, with the remaining purchase amount to be financed through a lending institution.

Tammy Lynn Sytch is still waiting in prison, where she is charged with numerous crimes and the prosecutor wants 26 years in prison for the WWE Hall of Famer.

Her charges include DUI causing death, causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, DUI causing injury and DUI causing property damage.
