Before now, there have been news on how the brother of former WWE champion was arrested over a murder case and he was sued to court to face trial.

This murder story happened in January 23 when the corpse of a US Marine Joshua Mascol was discovered in a hotel corridor in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. And it was suspected that brother of Dolph Ziggler was responsible for the death.

Dolph Ziggler’s brother Donald Nemeth was arrested on April 28th and was taken to court on may 6th where the accusation fully came upon him.

Fortunately, it has been reported that Donald Nemeth pleaded not guilty in court today after he was again tried. All positive claims provided to hold him, was nixed and nullified. According to Cleveland.com, it was reported that there is another suspected to this crime but it seems that the police are even confused about the whole issue.
