For some time now, there have been news and rumors about the return of top WWE superstars to both the RAW brand and the SmackDown live brand respectively.

With all these rumors, only few seemed to have come to pass and we are still waiting patiently for the others that are yet to show up to the respective brand. Shelton Benjamin was among the superstars who were announced to return to the Smackdown roster and ever since this news, there have been not traits of him showing up to the WWE.

It is believed that Benjamin is one superstar who is highly respected and trusted. He is loved by fans and so many of the WWE Universe. When his return was mentioned, the heart of so many fans was overwhelmed because they think that he will make the SmackDown Live roste to be some worth strong and will feature matches against top WWE superstars as well. While we were still expecting to hear from the huge superstar about his return to the ring, the news that did came to us was that Benjamin will no longer return to the ring for now.

More so, some days ago, Benjamin revealed on twitter that he will not be returning to WWE for now due to a shoulder injury which has to be tackled with. It was a sad news anyway but his health is at stake here and all he needs right now is full and quick recovery. Here are some of his tweets on twitter:
