The WWE has always had the habit of bringing new stars into the show yearly. This has always caused rigorous selection for the WWE main roaster. It is however known that the WWE are not exactly building potentials from scratch as Most of their new intakes tend to be Longtime Independent Wrestlers who are already famous.

While New Stars are groomed, the WWE tends to neglect superstars that have been in the company for a long time. This is why Paul Levesque who is well known as Triple H is currently frustrated with the WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.

Triple H is unhappy that most call up on the WWE main roaster has been booked. A very good example is Bayley, who was a gigantic star down in NXT, going further; we see the likes of Becky Lynch, Sami Zayn, and Austin Aries who are WWE NXT superstars that are being marginalized on the main roaster.

Triple H who feels like several months, and in some cases, several years of hard work down in NXT is being wasted by Vince McMahon is very unhappy with the WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. Given that Triple H is the Boss in the WWE NXT, it is easy to understand why he is so frustrated. If this continues, Tripple H might just Have to leave the Company.

The WWE has however done a great Job in Bringing in Alexa Bliss, Baron Corbin, Finn Balor, and Samoa Joe into the main roster.
