The case of WWE legend murdering his ex-girl friend has long been on the ground. The case still on the court case file but it seems that the judge has changed his mind and automatically stated otherwise.

Previously, it was announced that the WWE legend “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka will appear in court over murdering his girlfriend Nancy Argentino 30 years ago. But now, the court has stated that Superfly” Jimmy Snuka will no longer appear in court to face trial, saying that the case has been long and perhaps, Superfly” Jimmy Snuka is no more mentally fit to recall all what happened.

Lehigh County Judge Kelly Banach stated that Snuka cannot defend himself against these murder charges because he has lost his senses. Snuka’s Lawyer said that his client has a problem, flashing back to the time where Roddy Piper smashed a coconut over the head of Snuka.

It was revealed that Snuka was not even there when Nancy Argentino died. He was in the ring wrestling, he only returned to his motel and discovered that his girlfriend was dead and it is 30 years now and the family of Nancy Argentino has raised the issue telling the court to look into it.

Thank God that Snuka is not in his right senses anymore. It appears now that Snuka won’t be appearing in court at all and this simply tells that he is free and acquitted. Below is post of Snuka’s pic with Nancy Argentino.
