WWE Star Undergoes Another Name Change

Name changes are common in WWE, and they can change for a variety of reasons.

It was more common during Vince McMahon’s time, but its still the same with Triple H as well. In fact, a WWE star has changed his WWE name again.

Last year, Los Rosarios (Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo) underwent significant changes after being underutilized on the main roster for some time.

In September 2021, Ángel and Humberto began teaming on RAW before moving to NXT, where they performed an episode that featured their grandfather as a prominent figure and portrayed him as a legendary superstar.

The dynamic changed in December when he was aligned with Santos Escobar on the main roster as part of Friday Night SmackDown and became part of a feud with LWO.

Earlier this month, WWE.com announced that the two stars’ names are Angel and Humberto. But at least there was another change for Humberto Carrillo.

WWE has officially changed Humberto Carrillo’s name to “Berto“. It remains to see if fans like his new name.
