Some days from now, we would be entering into the month of August which is the month we have all been waiting for. This is the month of one of the WWE biggest event of the year SummerSlam and as it is, three huge matches have been announced to take place at the event.

Come 21st August of this year, we shall all journey with the WWE to Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York where the SummerSlam event would be hosted. It is revealed that this year’s SummerSlam event will be the first Pay-Per-View event since after the brand split. Well, with only three matches announced, Summerslam is already making it to be a spectacular Pay-Per-View of the season.

The three matches announced for the event includes Dean Ambrose(c) vs Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Championship, Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor to determine the first ever WWE Universal Champion, and Brock Lesnar vs Randy Orton. This indeed is huge fights as it involves huge names and strength. We can say from these matches that Summerslam is not going to be a child’s play at all; it is real business!

More so, apart from these three matches, other matches were also announced which includes a rematch for the WWE Women’s Championship between Sasha Banks and Charlotte can be expected at SummerSlam. There are also chances of a WWE Tag team Championship match between the New Day and The Club (Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows).

Furthermore, the final encounter between the 15 time World Champion, John Cena and the Phenomenal AJ Styles may be witnessed at this event as well. According to allwrestlingnews.com, there is quite a considerable chance of this match actually taking place.

Some backstage reports indicate that if this match comes to fruition, then AJ Styles will be coming out as the winner in the feud, thereby ending this rivalry. It would be the first time in recent memory where John Cena would have lost.
