WWE To Televise CM Punk’s MSG In-Ring Return

CM Punk had his first WWE match at Madison Square Garden. This match with Dominik Mysterio brought a lot of fans to the MSG, but now we have a little more information about this match.

WWE loves documenting things and owning footage.
They like to have cameras everywhere in case they need them later.

CM Punk’s in-ring return was no exception, and they wanted footage of it. From behind the Fightful paywall, Sean Sapp pointed out that WWE had cameras on site to film the MSG show.

“WWE did have cameras at WWE MSG as they do for every live event, and said that parts of the show could end up airing later.”

The shoot also included CM Punk’s return to the ring at Madison Square Garden. Only time will tell if it ends up airing, but it could be in the near future.

CM Punk and Dominik Mysterio will face off again.
They will be attending a house show at the KIA Forum in Los Angeles on December 30th.
