Report reveals that WWE is working on doing an extensive touring with NXT in 2016 which necessitates that they add a great number of top indie wrestlers to the roster. These signing will only be possible for talents who may not be in any active contract or not have been signed previously due to one reason or the other especially due to restrictions on size and look.
