A Spanish court as sentenced Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi together with his father to jail, after being found guilty by Spanish persecutor. The superstar was guity of fraud and will serve 21 months of jail sentence, together with a fine of 3.7 million euros ($4.1 million).

The Barcelona authority through the court found the Argentine international and father Jorge Horacio Messi guilty. As they use their companies in Belize, Britain, Switzerland and Uruguay to avoid paying taxes on 4.16 million euros of Messi’s income earned from his image rights from 2007-09.
