Wayne Rooney has finally spoken up after the former Chelsea boss was made the new manager of Manchester United.

According to sources, Rooney was not appalled by Jose Mourinho’s appointment as Manchester United’s new manager, rather he expressed excitement.

Rooney was speaking recently at an England news conference on Wednesday lunchtime and he said:
“He’s one of the best managers in the world. “

“It is exciting times for myself and all the other Manchester United players.”

The Portuguese coach eventually penned a three-year contract with his former rival club, Manchester United last week after much conjecture and arguments.

The contract entails that the former Chelsea boss stays in Old Trafford for at least three years; so long as he keeps the trophies coming.

The former Inter Milan coach came to Old Trafford in this order; he was released of his contract with Chelsea in December after putting up a poor performance. So he was actually free to move wherever, and whenever.

Hence, he moved to Old Trafford to the awe of all.
