Kevin Owens Allegedly Wrestled On Royal Rumble With Real Injury

Kevin Owens faced an uphill battle trying to regain the United States Championship from Logan Paul at the Royal Rumble.

Owens had won the title by winning a SmackDown tournament, but entered the match with a serious injury.

Throughout the tournament and throughout his feud with Logan Paul, Owens suffered an “injury” to his hand that resulted in him being fitted with a cast.

However, F4W Online reported that Owens actually left his match with Paul at the Royal Rumble midway through with a broken leg.

He reportedly sustained this injury in the tournament final against Santos Escobar.
Despite this injury, Owens did his best in the match against Paul. However, the situation did not go in his favor as he was ultimately disqualified for using brass knuckles during the match.

Logan Paul had introduced knuckles into the match, but was disqualified because Owens used them and the referee spotted it during the pinfall.

Kevin Owens has a long history of competing for the United States Championship, dating back to his appearance on WWE’s main roster in 2015, when he faced then-champion John Cena.

Although he had some memorable moments in the US title match, his attempt to regain the championship at the Royal Rumble was marred by injuries and a controversial ending to the match.

Kevin Owens deserves praise for his dedication in playing the game despite a broken foot.
