Randy Orton Puts An End To A 4-Year Unfortunate Streak

Published

on

Randy Orton made a shocking return at Survivor Series last November, and in the months since has firmly re-established himself as one of WWE’s top superstars.

Orton also had an unfortunate four-year streak ended at a recent WWE live event.

Apex Predator wasted no time in competing with Bloodline upon his return.

So far, the 14-time world champion has played several matches since his return and won almost all of them.

On this week’s episode of SmackDown: New Year’s Revolution, Orton was unable to win a triple threat match as it was declared a no contest.

He then attended a WWE live event in Spokane last night where he defeated Dominik Mysterio in a singles match.

This is Orton’s first one-on-one win on the live circuit in 1,455 days, and his last win against AJ Styles on January 12, 2020.

Apparently fans were happy to see him back at WWE live events.

Randy Orton, LA Knight and AJ Styles will face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event on January 27th.

We’ll have to wait and see how Orton performs in his first title match in a while.
