Xavier Woods Makes Stunning Return To WWE Television

There are several members of the WWE roster who are on hiatus. The wait for Xavier Woods to return ended this week.

The New Day ceased to be a trio before Big E left due to a broken neck. Unfortunately, they haven’t performed as a duo in recent weeks.

Xavier Woods made an unexpected comeback to the RAW brand on the January 15 episode, interrupting Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser’s commercial break.

Woods was there to confront Kaiser about his attack on Kofi Kingston on the January 8 episode of RAW. Woods then challenged Kaiser to a match.

During the next match, Michael Cole provided an update on Kofi Kingston, revealing that Kingston suffered a cervical sprain during an attack on Kaiser on January 8th.

Cole said Kingston will be sidelined for several weeks.

The match between Woods and Kaiser ended in a disqualification after Kaiser threw the announcer’s chair at Woods.
Woods then retaliated by slamming a chair into Kaiser’s back.

It was a nice payback for Woods, who was bleeding from the mouth during the competition.

There was a pretty crazy look in his eyes when the referee called for Bell to subdue him.
This caused a brawl around the ring until Kaiser eventually retreated backstage
