Vince McMahon was the one who caused the whole trouble when he fired 38-year old wrestling Superstar for what was described as “unprofessional conduct”.

From sources, we gathered that the main reason why Titus O’Neil was suspended was not because he grabbed Vince McMahon’s hand during the last episode of Monday night RAW but because he was a black wrestler. So he was fired on racism ground, The Inquisitr reported.

Yes, O’Neil was said to have been suspended for three months because he grabbed the arm of McMahon backstage a little while after the retirement of Daniel Bryan ceremony on this week’s Monday Night Raw.

Well, it may interest you to know that Titus O’Neil was not the first black wrestler who has been harassed by Vince McMahon on racism ground, Marc Henry was another. Report says that Vince McMahon was using Marc Henry, as a “token black” and that was unbecoming, of course.

One thing we all need to note here is that, O’Neil holds a good reputation throughout his dealings with WWE. Also, he’s known for his plentiful charity works and his charismatic media persona which has made many regard him as one man who has the masses in mind.

Hence, it was not surprising to see him came forth with a post like this on his Instagram:
