Report just reaching us states that the real-life girlfriend of WWE Superstar John Cena did have a successfully surgical operation today.

Brie Bella was full of joy when she posted on Twitter that her sister’s surgical operation went out fine and that she was sound asleep as at the time the tweet was made.

While the world waits for Nikki to speak about her injury and readiness to return to the ring, it’s worthy to note that the longest reigning WWE Divas Champion may not do any wrestling again.

Nikki had an interview with E! News and she noted the following:
“I have basically a broken neck, a pretty bad herniated disk,” Nikki told E!. “What makes mine a little bit difficult than most people is that I have some disk behind my vertebrae so with a lot of prayers we’re gonna pray that the doctors can get the piece behind my vertebrae with just a bone fusion.”

“There is a potential that this is career-ending,” Nikki said. “We will only know that when I get out of surgery on Wednesday and then basically how the bone heals Wednesday. So that’s been tough but I truly have such hope that I will get to compete in that ring another day, I really do.”

The last time Nikki did a match was in October 26, 2015 on the winning side of a six-person tag team match and since then, there have been one report or the other about The Total Divas star, all centering on injury and the possibility that she could be done with wrestling actions.
