The report detailed that the main reason why the American model, former professional wrestler was fired hinged on attitudinal issues as the promotion described Melina as a “extremely difficult” personal to deal with.

But that report didn’t go down well with the 36-year old retired WWE Women’s Champion who debunked the news and noted that the details are erroneous. According to Melina Perez, all she did was made effort to work with her partner John Morrison.

She further explained that the Lucha Underground didn’t want them together because it had been done in WWE before; then she posted this:

“I love wrestling,but I never thought I’d see this much crazy from people where they’d start rumors & such,long after I’ve stopped wrestling. During my career, All I wanted was to be around people that loved what I loved and make magic with them. I’m not even in wrestling anymore and people still keep fabricating stories of this evil, villain of a woman. It’s awesome to think my onscreen character .“
