Nikki Bella has finally admitted that she is just at that point in her life where she is considering moving her relationship with WWE Superstar John Cena to the next level.

The soon-to-be new mother is a co-star with Bella on “Total Divas,” a platform that the longest reigning WWE Divas Champion in history has used many times to share what her goals are in her relationship with WWE Superstar John Cena.

Bella has been a fixture of the reality show throughout its run, while Mendes made her first appearance in Season 3, took last season off and will be back on the new season when it begins on Jan. 19. Bella, 32, has admitted she’s at a point in her life where she wants to take her relationship with Cena to the next level.

Mendes, 36, was in a similar position to Bella, though three years ago she hadn’t even met her husband yet.

“I feel so lucky to have this beautiful miracle inside me right now,” Mendes told E! Online. “For three years, I was single and I never thought I would find love. But I met the love of my life, my dream man, and now I’m having a baby and my career is going great. It’s on hold for a little bit, but everything is going so well.”

Bella has already met her dream man, but she hasn’t yet tied the knot with Cena, 38, much less bare his children. The Diva has never pulled any punches when it comes to her relationship goals.

“Marriage and kids. I think I could sacrifice kids for him but I do want that ring one day, I want to be Mrs. Cena,” Bella told E! News in August. “Our life has become one and we make decisions together but I think I want that bling to walk around with.”

Thus far, the Diva hasn’t received that bling, while Mendes is living out the life Bella hopes to have for herself one day.
