Former WWE Superstar and current TNA star Matt Hardy or Matthew Moore Hardy has eventually opened up on the rumor surrounding his WWE return. In an interview with Scott Fishman for Channel Guide Magazine, he said his primary goal as of now is to see the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion reach the best possible height.

He made a note that his contract with TNA expires in February this year and that he wouldn’t know what fate holds for him after then. Additionally, he noted that fans are really hungry to see the TNA promotion thrive and blossom and that’s one of his objectives.

On possibly returning to World Wrestling Entertainment, WWE after his TNA contract, the 41-year-old American professional wrestler said:

With this update, we can not nail it that the 41-year-old tag team wrestler is returning to WWE as soon as his contract expires by February although no one can tell; “Never say never,” he might just make it and be there for WrestleMania 32.

Yes, if he eventually makes it to WrestleMania 32, we are of the opinion that his likely opponent would be Dean Ambrose or Kevin Owens.
