Triple H, who is the head of talent relations for WWE, and who has been involved in the creative process in the company for quite some time, spoke about the WWE’s creative issues while promoting next week’s NXT Takeover: London special on the WWE Network.

On the holocaust injuries that plagued most of their Superstars, Triple H said:
“We just have to become more disciplined and more creative with how we do things, and how we operate the shows. We’ve had some unfortunate situations with injuries and everything else. It’s on us to be more creative and come up with a better format; a better show. We hear people’s frustrations, and in a lot of ways feel the same way. It’s fixing it, and, trying to fix it. It is what it is. How we fix it, we’re not 100 percent sure yet. But, we will get there. Trust me.”

WWE has been plagued lately with quite a number of issues among which are the injuries that befell most of its Superstars and provisional leave embarked upon by biggest stars like John Cena and Brock Lesnar. The other side of WWE issue which has been reported as the main issue dragging the company to the mud is the issue with the WWE Creative. Report has it that WWE Creative has not lived up to the expectations of fans as a true Creative Department. Their roster has been too plain and vague to run for three hours.

It’s in the cloud of all these stuffs rocking the WWE current product that Triple H who seats as the head of talent relations for WWE and as creative process in the company said:
“We just have to become more disciplined and more creative with how we do things, and how we operate the shows. We’ve had some unfortunate situations with injuries and everything else. It’s on us to be more creative and come up with a better format; a better show. We hear people’s frustrations, and in a lot of ways feel the same way. It’s fixing it, and, trying to fix it. It is what it is. How we fix it, we’re not 100 percent sure yet. But, we will get there. Trust me.”

But if you’re waiting for WWE RAW to be brought back to two hours, you may just wait for eternity or to be more realistic, you may have to wait for at least two years more because that’s just when WWE’s deal with the USA Network will expire. Worthy to note is that, despite the low ratings RAW keeps receiving, the deal with the USA Network is still benefiting WWE a great deal.

So we sincerely do not see WWE making any serious changes with their three-hour-long show except something dire happens. We await to see what happens!
