A report has just reached our correspondence stating that former UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey has been hospitalized following an injury she sustained from last night match.

UFC President Dana White made this known while speaking about the UFC 193 match. He said Rousey is currently hospitalized in a local hospital following a wounded lip that will require stitches.

Ronda Rousey was crushed by Holly Holm at last night’s UFC 193, a defeat which she has vowed to re-visit in no distant time.

According to a number of supporters including the president of UFC Dana White, Rousey’s historic defeat was partly because of her heavy schedules which gave her little time for rest. White further stated that Rousey deserves a re-match if she wishes.

And the American mixed martial artist, judoka, and actress wasted no time in saying she is good for a re-match.

Rousey would still have to film a movie as soon as she recovers. This would keep her fixed for a while before she eventually comes back and calls for a re-match.
