According to a report by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the time has come for John Cena and Roman Reigns to clash and that would be at WrestleMania 32.

There have been several reports on the possibility of the two Superstars staging each other at WrestleMania 32 but that was thought to have been scraped off especially when WWE was visited by their usual “dreadful disease” which we generally refer to as injury.

There were several injuries that rocked the company in a stretch in the last four months but none of it affected WWE’s card like the injury of Seth Rollins which reportedly caused WWE to overhaul their plans including the plan for WrestleMania 32.

In that noble plan which many media outlets have referred to as the original plan of WWE, John Cena vs. Roman Reigns was designed for WrestleMania 32 and even now, that is still a possible match according to Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Argument reveals that if WWE fails to feature Reigns against Cena, they could also cast him against Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker or Triple H. But whatever be the case, WWE is only going to make sure the final card features Roman Reigns against a Superstar who would enable them generate the maximum possible income.

Already WWE is advertizing John Cena powerfully for the Royal Rumble, which by implication may see Cena come out as the ultimate man of the bout. If that card turns out be true then Cena would face Reigns at Wrestlemania 32 where they would battle for the WWE World Heavyweight title.

The greatest concern of the possible match between Cena Vs. Reigns as the main card for WrestleMania 32 is that both Superstars have over time raised the number of their haters as well as their supporters. Hence, if the title goes either way, their haters may turn heel at themselves resulting to a bad night for the rest Superstars in the roster.

If this does happen, WWE may fall down heavily owing to the fact that John Cena and Roman Reigns are the two top babyfaces (in terms of both merchandise sales and how they’re booked) of the company.

Another reason why WWE must be careful with their planning is because putting the two top babyfaces of the company in the main roster may affect the general WrestleMania card as there may be little reactions from fans for the rest in the card.
